Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation to maintain organized storage areas
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after proper certification
- Inspect and prepare products for shipment, ensuring quality standards are met
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment following OSHA guidelines
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to the Fort Worth facility
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided
