Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and verify incoming shipments with precision
- Pick and pack customer orders efficiently using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after training
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Support shipping/receiving processes and dock operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Reliable transportation to Northgate Industrial District
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
