Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using barcode scanners
- Pick and pack orders for shipment according to quality standards
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse spaces to ensure safety
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Perform cycle counts and inventory checks to maintain accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to Gateway West Blvd facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with reasonable breaks
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Valid Texas ID or driver's license required
