Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments and organize inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and material handling equipment (training provided)
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before shipment
- Maintain clean, organized workspace following OSHA safety standards
- Assist with inventory counts and documentation using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Follow strict protocols for hazardous material handling when applicable
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Reliable transportation to 850 Logistics Drive, San Jose, FL
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Strong teamwork ethic and attention to detail
