Responsibilities
- Operational Efficiency: Efficiently load, unload, and stage products to ensure timely distribution.
- Inventory Control: Utilize warehouse management software to track stock levels, perform cycle counts, and manage inventory accuracy.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick items based on purchase orders and pack them securely for shipment.
- Equipment Handling: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and within OSHA guidelines.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in picking and packing orders.
