Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided forklifts and material handling equipment to move goods safely and efficiently
- Load/untract shipments with precision while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse operations
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow FIFO inventory procedures
- Support inventory audits and cycle count initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Valid California Driver's License (required for equipment operation certification)
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (company-provided)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work in fast-paced, temperature-controlled environments
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
