Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners.
- Inventory Management: Verify product locations, scan items, and ensure inventory accuracy within the warehouse.
- Packing & Labeling: Package goods securely using appropriate materials and apply shipping labels correctly.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (certification provided upon hiring), and conveyor systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all orders meet company quality standards before dispatch.
- Maintain Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
