- Operate forklifts and heavy machinery to move pallets and materials safely
- Load/unload shipments from trucks and railcars efficiently
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse workflow
- Assist in organizing and staging inventory for shipment
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification required
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Clean driving record and drug-screen clearance
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
