Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and organize palletized materials
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist in warehouse cleanup and organization activities
- Support cycle counting and inventory reconciliation tasks
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Clear communication skills and teamwork orientation
