Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials within warehouse and loading dock areas
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Manage inventory counts and document material movements using warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized, clean, and OSHA-compliant work environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all safety protocols including proper stacking, weight limits, and traffic regulations
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 2 years of recent warehouse forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness skills
