Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in warehouse and dock settings
- Accurately inventory, scan, and organize palletized goods in climate-controlled zones
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company operational guidelines
- Coordinate with receiving/shipping teams for timely material movement
- Perform pre/post-shift equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and hazardous material compliance
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification with 2+ years recent experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness in busy environments
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation and pallet counting
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse digital systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexible availability including weekend shifts as needed
