Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Load/unload trucks and move materials to designated storage areas
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless workflow
- Assist in warehouse organization and cleanliness initiatives
Qualifications
- 1+ years of forklift operation experience with valid certification
- OSHA Forklift Operator Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid Colorado driver's license preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
