Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse settings
- Accurately manage inventory using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Maintain clean, organized work areas per OSHA standards
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams for timely material movement
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Train new hires on warehouse safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- 2+ years warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
