Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, stack, and organize inventory
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow efficiency
- Load/unload trucks and prepare shipments for distribution
- Operate in compliance with environmental and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 1 week)
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends
