Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks to move materials throughout the facility
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow efficiency
- Load/unload trucks with precision and care for product integrity
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification required
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Excellent safety record and compliance mindset
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license preferred
