Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Load/unload shipments and verify inventory accuracy with scanning systems
- Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas for optimal space utilization
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing materials per company standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
