Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials throughout the facility
- Load/unload trucks with precision using pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts as assigned
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs promptly
- Operate in temperature-controlled and outdoor environments as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recent forklift operation experience (valid certification required)
- OSHA Forklift Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Basic computer skills for inventory systems
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends during peak seasons
- Previous experience in warehouse or distribution centers preferred
