Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and organize inventory safely and efficiently
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and staging shipments for distribution
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 2 years of recent forklift operation experience in warehouse environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
