Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Accurately inventory, organize, and transport materials using warehouse management systems
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain clean, organized work areas to comply with OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse operations
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and dock coordination
- Train on new equipment and safety protocols as required
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-approved forklift certification (must provide documentation)
- Minimum 2 years of recent forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
