Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Sort, organize, and track inventory in our WMS system
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.5% accuracy
- Maintain clean, OSHA-compliant work zones
- Operate scanning equipment for inventory management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Participate in monthly inventory audits
Qualifications
- No warehouse experience required – full training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Valid government-issued ID for background check
