Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in warehouse environment
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure operational safety and compliance
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless inventory management
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures at all times
- Complete accurate documentation of inventory movements and warehouse activities
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and storage areas
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 2 years of industrial forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and warehouse conditions
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
