Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in fast-paced warehouse environments
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory through systematic stock rotation and cycle counting
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and equipment maintenance schedules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize loading/unloading workflows
- Complete daily equipment inspection reports and report maintenance needs
- Support warehouse cleanliness and 5S compliance initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year verifiable forklift operation experience (valid certification required)
- OSHA 10-Hour General Industry certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in varying temperatures
- Strong attention to detail with inventory management experience
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
- Basic computer literacy for inventory software operation
- Strong commitment to workplace safety standards
