Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Inspect and sort incoming inventory for quality compliance
- Maintain organized warehouse space with proper labeling
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 6 AM - 4 PM)
- Valid driver's license (forklift operation training)
- Background check and drug screening required
