Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload palletized materials safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and compliance with OSHA standards
- Manage inventory with RF scanning systems while maintaining accurate warehouse records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production and shipping deadlines
- Adhere to strict safety protocols including proper stacking, load balancing, and pedestrian awareness
- Support warehouse organization through proper staging and storage of materials
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse/forklift operations
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with basic math and inventory management skills
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
