Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow efficiency
- Assist in receiving, storing, and shipping operations
- Train new hires on safe equipment operation practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operating experience with valid certification
- OSHA Forklift Operator Certification required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and warehouse conditions
