Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in warehouse/distribution environments
- Accurately receive, stock, and organize inventory using RF scanners
- Maintain precise inventory records through WMS systems
- Conduct pre/post-shift equipment inspections and safety checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks using proper techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years verifiable forklift experience (counterbalance and reach truck preferred)
- Valid OSHA Forklift Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy with inventory software knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
