Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials within warehouse and yard areas
- Conduct daily pre-operation inspections and report maintenance issues
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Stack and organize pallets in designated storage areas
- Assist with general warehouse cleanliness and organization
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of certified forklift operating experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible schedule availability (including weekends if needed)
