Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders to meet daily targets
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse areas following 5S principles
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and responsibly
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize weekend workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Excellent time management and ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation to flexible shift times (Sat/Sun 6AM-2PM)
