Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials within the warehouse and loading docks
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and compliance with OSHA standards
- Manage inventory through accurate scanning and documentation of all products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline loading/unloading processes
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and report any hazards or maintenance needs immediately
- Assist in warehouse organization and maintaining clean, orderly workspaces
- Support inventory audits and cycle counts for accuracy
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or forklift operation experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pre-employment drug screening and background check required
- Flexible availability including occasional weekends and overtime
