Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in fast-paced warehouse setting
- Safely load/untract trailers and organize inventory with precision
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and maintenance reports
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow
- Train new hires on equipment operation and safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- 2+ years warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability including weekends when needed
