Responsibilities
- Operate electric/pneumatic forklifts to move, load, and unload materials
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and warehouse guidelines
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily for optimal performance
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Maintain accurate inventory documentation using warehouse management systems
- Assist in warehouse organization and space optimization
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift license (or ability to obtain within 7 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
