Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Maintain accurate stock records using WMS software (SAP experience preferred)
- Process incoming shipments and verify against purchase orders
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams to ensure timely inventory movement
- Generate monthly inventory reports for management analysis
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols to prevent stock spoilage
- Collaborate with procurement team on reorder point optimization
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory control experience in warehouse environment
- Proficiency with barcode scanners and inventory management systems
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Forklift certification (OSHA 10-hour training)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with zero-error tolerance
- Valid Arizona driver's license
