Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using WMS software
- Maintain accurate digital records of all warehouse stock and transactions
- Coordinate with receiving/shipping teams for seamless inventory updates
- Generate weekly/monthly inventory reports for management review
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols and quality control checks
- Collaborate with procurement on stock replenishment strategies
- Support year-end physical inventory audits
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficient with inventory management software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong mathematical accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to operate RF scanners and barcode systems
- Valid Washington State driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of OSHA warehouse safety standards
- High school diploma or equivalent required
