Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments using WMS/TMS systems
- Liaise with carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse personnel
- Generate shipping documents (BOLs, invoices, customs forms)
- Track shipments and resolve transit delays proactively
- Optimize freight costs through carrier negotiations
- Maintain compliance with DOT and international trade regulations
- Collaborate with sales and inventory teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- DOT/FMCSA certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Excellent written/verbal communication abilities
- Associates degree in Supply Chain or related field
