Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trailers using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and rotation systems (FIFO)
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety standards
- Monitor temperature controls and report equipment malfunctions
- Sanitize work areas and equipment per HACCP guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on order fulfillment
- Complete daily production and quality checklists
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Flexible availability (weekdays only, 4am-8pm shifts)
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Park location
- Pre-employment background check required
