Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and sort customer orders with barcode scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) after certification
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counting
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and Amazon's 14 leadership principles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity goals
- Process returns and damaged goods according to protocol
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
