Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature/humidity in refrigerated and frozen storage areas
- Load/unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Inspect products for quality and proper packaging upon receipt
- Organize inventory in designated zones using FIFO methods
- Complete inventory counts and documentation using digital systems
- Adhere to OSHA and HACCP safety protocols
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures (winter gear provided)
- Basic math and inventory documentation skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Team player with reliable transportation
