Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature conditions in cold storage areas (-10°F to 40°F)
- Handle and organize perishable inventory with precision using FIFO methods
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely in refrigerated environments
- Conduct quality checks and report inventory discrepancies
- Adhere to strict food safety protocols (HACCP, OSHA standards)
- Collaborate with team members on loading/unloading shipments
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all work areas
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
