Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature control in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts for inventory movement
- Inspect and record product quality/temperature logs hourly
- Adhere to OSHA and HACCP safety protocols strictly
- Assist with inventory audits and stock rotation systems
- Operate automated palletizing equipment efficiently
- Communicate inventory discrepancies to supervisors
- Participate in monthly safety training sessions
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Valid state-issued ID and clean background check
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Reliable transportation to North Phoenix facility
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Team player with strong communication skills
