Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods safely and efficiently within the warehouse.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts using handheld scanners.
- Perform daily temperature checks and ensure compliance with cold chain safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided upon hire).
- Assist in packing and labeling shipments for timely distribution.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (below freezing temperatures).
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory and stock management.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
