Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products within the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks efficiently.
- Monitor and maintain accurate temperature logs for all storage zones to ensure compliance with safety regulations and product integrity.
- Perform regular inventory counts and stock organization to ensure accurate inventory levels and accessibility.
- Inspect warehouse equipment and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, workplace guidelines, and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (typically 35°F or lower) for extended periods.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Reliable transportation and a history of punctual attendance.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or cold storage is a plus but not required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification if not already certified.
