Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy using RF scanners and digital systems
- Operate electric pallet jacks and stand-up forklifts in a safe manner
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain organized inventory zones
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
- Train new team members on standard operating procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or fulfillment experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficient with RF scanners and inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability including weekends/holiday peaks
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Spanish bilingual preferred but not required
