Responsibilities
- Load/unraw materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Scan and track inventory in warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized storage areas with proper labeling
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
