Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99%+ accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and effectively
- Manage inventory counts and maintain organized storage zones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity goals
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Process returns and damaged goods according to Amazon policies
- Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid driver's license (may be required for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
