Job Overview
As a Material Handler, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods within our facility and ensuring our inventory is accurately managed.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials by hand or using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
- Verify inventory counts and maintain organized warehouse storage areas.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
- Operate material handling equipment (MHE) in a safe and efficient manner.
- Complete all necessary documentation, including packing slips and inventory logs.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting is a plus.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
