Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products according to quality standards
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and responsibly
- Perform inventory audits and cycle counts using warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and comply with OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless operational handovers
- Meet/exceed productivity goals during peak evening hours
- Document all warehouse activities accurately in digital tracking systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse/forklift certification preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM, Monday-Friday
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality record
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
