Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and label orders with precision using warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before shipment
- Operate packing equipment (boxes, tape machines, scanners) safely
- Maintain clean and organized workstation following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with supervisors to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures at all times
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
- Reliable transportation to our facility
- Availability to work flexible shifts (mornings, afternoons, weekends)
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Pass background check and drug screening
