Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate packing equipment including box sealers, label printers, and conveyor systems
- Verify inventory counts and report discrepancies to warehouse supervisor
- Maintain clean and organized workspace following OSHA safety guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Use warehouse management system (WMS) to track order progress
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn WMS systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability to work between 15-25 hours weekly
