Responsibilities
- Pack products and materials into boxes, crates, or containers using appropriate packaging materials.
- Inspect items for damage or defects before packing to ensure quality standards.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information and customer details.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Sort and organize incoming stock efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
