- Implement OSHA safety standards and maintain accident-free operations
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless inbound/outbound flow
- Analyze KPIs to improve productivity and reduce operational costs
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen)
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in warehouse/supervisory roles with team leadership experience
- Expert knowledge of WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory controls
- OSHA 30 certification and forklift operation credentials
- Proven track record in process optimization and cost reduction
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Excellent remote communication and digital collaboration tools proficiency
